Roux fair-trade cane sugar is mainly imported from South America, Central America, and Asia.
The sugarcane is processed in the country where it is harvested, and the packaged sugar is then shipped regularly by container to the ports of Bordeaux and Montoir.
It’s pure, unrefined cane sugar. It retains all the natural elements found in cane juice and adds a touch of originality and exotic flair.
When consumed in moderation, they are considered healthy and good for the body.
Its particle size distribution is heterogeneous, ranging from 0.3 to 1.0 mm.
