This Sucre is refined from organically grown sugarcane. The ECOCERT certification guarantees that the sugarcane was grown in accordance with organic farming standards.
Organic refined cane sugar is dark in color at first. It is then processed using natural methods to remove the coloring agents. The result is white sugar with a maximum ICUMSA value of 45, equivalent to beet sugar.
It is used in the manufacture of products where the color and taste of the Sucre must not affect the final product.
