The sugarcane is processed in the country where it is harvested, and the packaged sugar is then shipped regularly by container to the ports of Bordeaux and Montoir.
It is Sucre made exclusively from sugarcane; it is unrefined. It preserves all the natural elements found in sugarcane juice and adds a touch of originality and exotic flair.

Its particle size distribution is heterogeneous, ranging from 0.3 to 1.0 mm.
