Grade 650 sugar is produced by two successive screening processes using standard granulated sugar. The grain size is well controlled within a range close to the target average aperture of 0.65 mm (low coefficient of variation).
It has a uniform particle size distribution. It looks like regular granulated sugar, but we’ve removed both the smallest and the largest grains.
It can be used in all fields. It proves to be of great interest when grain size or uniformity are key considerations.
